Metrobank is looking for a Relationship Associate to join our Commercial Banking Group. In this role, you will be the key point for servicing client needs, analyzing financial proposals, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our banking services.
What You'll Do
- Service daily requests of clients.
- Maintain updated data and information on client accounts.
- Ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and credit worthiness.
- Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services.
- Prepare basic analysis and evaluation of client proposals to provide inputs for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
- Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business-related or Accounting field.
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Institutional Banking Sector within our Commercial Banking Group, working collaboratively to support our client relationships.
Work Mode
This role is onsite at our Metrobank branch located at Wynsum Corporate Plaza in Ortigas.
