Metrobank is hiring a CSR Teller to be responsible for cash handling, transaction processing, and outstanding customer service at our branch. At Metrobank, we don't simply hire employees—we hone future leaders and provide opportunities that enhance your skills and unlock your talents.

What You'll Do

  • Handle cash and process cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and account closures, including signature verification.
  • Post all transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account (CA/SA) terminal at the start of the banking day.
  • Accept and process various fund transfers and remittance payments.
  • Handle outward clearing operations.
  • Sell the Bank’s and its subsidiaries’ products and services.

What We're Looking For

  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A customer service orientation with the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Nice to Have

  • Preferably a graduate of a business or finance course.

Work Mode

This role is onsite at our office in Central Metro Manila Area IV (Valenzuela/Malabon).
