SRG Global Mining Services is hiring a Hydrocarbon Accounting & Sustainability Lead to ensure the integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of hydrocarbon accounting, emissions reporting, and sustainability performance across Integrated Gas. You will lead a team and collaborate closely with Operations, APLNG, and corporate sustainability teams to deliver accurate, trusted data that supports regulatory obligations, JV requirements, and informed decision‑making.
What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate, consistent and compliant hydrocarbon and emissions reporting across Integrated Gas.
- Maintain alignment with NGER, the Safeguard Mechanism and other regulatory and internal reporting frameworks.
- Translate complex technical and data‑driven insights into clear, actionable information for senior decision‑makers.
- Support emissions‑reduction tracking and value‑focused decision making across the business.
- Drive improvements in data quality, processes, governance, controls and reporting efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of hydrocarbon accounting, emissions reporting and relevant regulatory frameworks (NGER, Safeguard Mechanism).
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights for varied audiences.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills and confidence engaging with senior leaders.
