As a Customer Service Representative fluent in both Mandarin and English, you will play a key role in supporting students and families through every stage of their educational journey. This remote contract position centers on delivering clear, accurate information about course offerings, guiding learners into trial classes, and managing enrollment changes with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Enroll students in trial courses and set up new class registrations within the system
- Manage transfers between class sections and process refund requests efficiently
- Ensure timely distribution of course materials
- Monitor student progress and recommend appropriate next-step classes
- Support teaching teams by collecting feedback and assisting with schedule coordination
- Take part in course quality evaluations to help maintain high educational standards
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and demonstrate a genuine interest in education. Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new systems are essential. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with students and staff.
Prior experience in education-related customer service, while not mandatory, is considered an advantage. Ideal candidates are responsible, adaptable, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality support.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with scheduled working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, Wednesday through Sunday.
