Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is hiring a Customer Service Representative

U-Haul is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and manage daily operations at our Altoona center. This hands-on role involves assisting customers with products and services, using technology to manage rentals, and maintaining equipment.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
