Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) to provide exceptional support for a pet retail client. In this remote role based in Portugal, you will meet performance goals and client expectations for operational excellence, focusing on quality, efficiency, and improving the customer journey. What You'll Do
- Assist clients via inbound calls and email by answering inquiries and attending to requests.
- Become a specialist in our client’s pet-related products and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
- Listen to the customer's unique situations and acknowledge their needs.
- Go beyond the customer's service expectations to create memorable experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A high level of proficiency in French, both written and oral.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued.
- Familiarity with pet-related topics is highly valued.
