Deckers Brands is looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Danish and English to join our team. In this remote role based in Spain, you will provide top-notch customer support through various channels, develop deep product knowledge, and act as a brand advocate to foster positive customer experiences. What You'll Do
- Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and social media by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product range to accurately answer questions and assist customers effectively.
- Analyse customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote brand values and foster positive customer experiences through every interaction.

- Fluency in Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
