Remote is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the voice and support system for homeowners throughout their construction projects. You will manage communications, ensure smooth project tracking, and help maintain a commitment to exceptional service from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to homeowner inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage project details and updates in Acculynx.
- Handle data entry and keep the CRM accurate and up-to-date.
- Proactively reach out to homeowners before, during, and after projects to ensure satisfaction.
- Route customer communications to the right internal teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to engage comfortably with homeowners, insurance providers, and internal teams.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software, and comfortable with virtual communication tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in trades, home services, or construction.
- Familiarity with the roofing industry.
