Inventive Food Technology is hiring a Customer Service Representative to own the end-to-end Order to Cash process for our B2B customers at the country or regional level. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time order fulfillment and acting as a superuser with in-depth expertise for project management within this domain. This is an individual contributor career path focused on delivering excellence, not people management.
What You'll Do
- Manage all customer orders—domestic, export, and consignment—ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance through order entry, confirmation, invoice issuance, and follow-up through good delivery.
- Process credit and debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.
- Coordinate customer complaints and service cases tied to sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvement and manage KPIs for the Order to Cash cycle.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Act as a country or regional superuser for the CS team, providing deep expertise in SAP, international trade processes, or specific parts of the Order to Cash workflow.
- Coach and train CS teams to foster continuous improvement in process and service levels.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within a business-to-business environment.
- Knowledge of domestic and international trade.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP and basic finance principles.
- Fluent business English communication skills and effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Project management, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- A highly collaborative, team-oriented approach with cross-cultural awareness.
