At Ornua, a purpose-driven and values-led co-operative, the Customer Service Representative plays a powerful role in shaping the experience of our customers and driving the success of our iconic brands. You’ll own key customer relationships, ensure flawless order execution, and directly influence essential service metrics.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end order processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Maintain On Time In Full (OTIF) performance and customer scorecards.
- Participate in account meetings.
- Oversee deductions and OS&D processes.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- ERP experience (Infor/M3 is ideal).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Proficiency with ERP systems or data analysis tools.
Team & Environment
You will join the Operations – Supply Chain team and report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Evanston, IL.
