Pavago is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide personalized assistance and exceptional service to our discerning clientele in the luxury retail sector. You will play a key role in maintaining our prestigious reputation through proactive support and expert problem resolution.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

  • Accurately document all inbound customer interactions and transactions in our database.

  • Ensure inbound calls are handled promptly and professionally, adhering to high service standards.
  • Continuously gather feedback from interactions to identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Mid to Senior level experience in a customer service role.
  • Technical expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Asana, Zoom, Slack, and G Suite applications.
