About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our high-impact, mission-driven team. In this role, you will be redefining customer support by providing white-glove assistance as the front line of communication, supporting users through their personal development journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver responsive, empathetic support across phone, email, chat, and Zoom to a high volume of clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product usage, event logistics, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and a cohesive user experience.
  • Maintain detailed records using systems like Salesforce and Zendesk, while handling escalations professionally.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the brand with integrity and positive energy at all times.
  • Participate in occasional evening or weekend work during live or virtual events.
  • Travel up to 25% to support on-site events when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of experience in customer support, client experience, hospitality, or high-touch service roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems including Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Quick thinker and solution-oriented under pressure; thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Displays emotional intelligence, resilience, and a passion for personal growth and development.
  • Interest in learning personal development content is essential.
  • Strong follow-through, accountability, and drive to exceed expectations.
