Kanner & Pintaluga is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as an essential hub for client interactions and communications within our Personal Injury department. You will facilitate case progression and client satisfaction by managing client intake, coordinating with medical providers, and supporting internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands to support practice leadership.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Record information as needed.
- Prepare and circulate reports as needed.
- Prepare correspondence for approval by Managing Attorney.
- Coordinate events and meetings as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Full-time availability, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- High school or GED diploma.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- High attention to detail with the capability to scan, index, and manage documents accurately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Customer service or previous office or executive assistant experience is preferred.
