U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Lot Attendant to be the face of our service. In this active role, you will assist customers directly and ensure our moving equipment is ready and safe. You’ll receive on-the-job education and training through U-Haul University.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services.
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring.
- Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
- Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
