General Motors is hiring a Customer Service/ Lot Attendent

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Lot Attendant to be the face of our service. In this active role, you will assist customers directly and ensure our moving equipment is ready and safe. You’ll receive on-the-job education and training through U-Haul University.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Stack

• Smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rental and inventory management.
