U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service / Lot Attendant for our retail store. You will serve as the primary face of our service, helping customers and ensuring our equipment is ready for the road. This is a hands-on role offering significant on-the-job education and a streamlined hiring and pay process.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers inside and outside our center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer customer questions and educate them on offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification provided).
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
