Paired is seeking a Customer Service professional for a remote role supporting a Property Management Company. You will act as a virtual front desk for Airbnb properties, handling all tenant communications and coordinating maintenance, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Act as a virtual 'front desk' for Airbnb properties.
- Manage and respond to potential and existing tenants via text, emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Perform Quality Assurance and Optimization on Airbnb listings.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with tenants and contractors.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations.
- Help with data entry, filing, and other general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing Airbnb listings is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- A service quality mindset.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Assertive, friendly, and likeable demeanor.
- Experience with fast-paced customer service, preferably in an online setting (phone, messaging, remote environment).
- Must be willing to work shifts: Sat, Sun, Mon - 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM PST and Tues, Wed - 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in another language.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
