Iron Mountain is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Canada. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients across North America, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. This position requires availability for an 8 AM to 8 PM shift.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently resolve customer queries and provide accurate information regarding our secure storage, information management, and logistics services.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions within our CRM system.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service disruptions, and other intricate issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, offering proactive solutions and personalized recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
