As a Customer Sales Representative, you will transform incoming customer interactions into scheduled service appointments while marketing membership options, ensuring each client receives a professional and streamlined experience. Responsibilities Call Handling & Sales Conversion - Serve as primary customer interaction point. - Transform inbound calls into scheduled service appointments through strategic communication. - Accomplish and sustain an average of 15 scheduled jobs daily within initial 90-day period, with continuous performance enhancement. - Maintain 180–210 minutes of daily call engagement. Membership Promotion - Introduce and advocate membership programs during qualifying customer interactions. - Accomplish or surpass designated membership enrollment objectives. Customer Experience & Documentation - Deliver clear, professional, and supportive communication throughout every customer interaction. - Confirm precise entry of customer and job specifics into CRM platform. - Adhere to internal protocols supporting efficient scheduling and service delivery. Industry Knowledge - Leverage prior US-based home service industry experience to address customer inquiries and establish appropriate service expectations. Required Experience and Skills - 1–2 years sales experience, preferably in telephone-based roles. - Mandatory: Previous experience in US home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, handyman, cleaning, restoration, etc.). - Superior English communication proficiency (C1 or above). - Capacity to achieve booking targets, membership objectives, and daily call-time requirements. - Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software. - Robust multitasking capabilities and process adherence. What Does a Typical Day Look Like Your day involves answering inbound calls, converting them into scheduled service appointments, and promoting membership offerings. You will input all customer information into the CRM, coordinate scheduling based on availability, and consistently work toward meeting booking targets, membership goals, and call-time requirements. Throughout the day, you will communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customers experience a smooth and positive interaction from initial contact.
