About the Role

The Customer Project Manager for Precision Diagnosis and Image Guided Therapy will lead complex projects for Philips in Norway and Sweden, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. This role is central to building trust-based customer relationships through on-site presence, proactive communication, and resolution of technical and operational issues, within a company dedicated to advancing health technology and equitable access to care.

What You'll Do

  • Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Applies independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and achievement of project milestones.
  • Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluates project risks, issues, and change requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining customer trust.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing demanding projects, showcasing ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives successfully.
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, providing a solid educational foundation for understanding technical and operational aspects of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian, Swedish, and English, written and spoken, allowing effective presentation and conveyance of information internally and externally.
  • Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills to ensure timely execution and handover.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently and proactively, inspiring confidence and building trust within project teams and with customers.
