Responsibilities
- Manage core operational workflows to ensure seamless delivery of insurance policies
- Oversee accuracy and completion of insurance binding documents prior to policy issuance
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to clarify requirements and resolve open issues
- Monitor service level agreements and guarantee on-time delivery of documentation and services
- Coordinate with distributed teams to balance and execute workflow efficiently
- Collect unresolved items from producers and consolidate them into actionable summaries
- Gather pending items from underwriters and ensure prompt follow-up actions
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, surveys, and related appointments as needed
- Manage end-to-end operational processes from initial lead to policy binding and issuance
- Administer premium financing arrangements and liaise with external financing partners
- Process policy endorsements and modifications during the policy lifecycle
- Support resolution of customer inquiries and service issues as required
- Handle intricate documentation and adjust policies according to updated requirements
- Manage policy renewals and ensure all required materials are prepared and delivered
- Prioritize and assign tasks to enable timely responses to customer needs
- Uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal operational standards
- Resolve complex operational challenges requiring insurance knowledge and critical thinking
