heizma is looking for a Customer Operations Manager to build and lead a new, centralized Customer Operations department from scratch. You will ensure customers have the best possible experience while designing efficient processes that help the company scale. This role combines hands-on operational work with strategic structure-building.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring every concern is heard and resolved.
  • Process customer inquiries in a structured manner, including requesting missing data and forwarding them to specialist departments.
  • Organize and coordinate site inspections, and manage rescheduling and cancellations with headquarters and technicians.
  • Research new funding opportunities, process applications, communicate with authorities, and guide customers through the process.
  • Handle and process financing applications with partner banks and future internal models.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the company's product portfolio.
  • Design, build, and continuously improve processes within the new Customer Operations department.
