Revecore is looking for a Customer Operations specialist focused on Workers' Compensation Claims billing. You will make high-volume, outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims to insurance companies on behalf of our hospital and medical provider clients. Your primary focus will be investigating and resolving troubled or denied workers' compensation claims.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume, outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims to insurance companies.
- Investigate and resolve troubled and/or denied workers' compensation claims.
- Submit bills and proper documentation to the insurance company or appropriate payer once confirmed.
- Review information and documentation provided by the payer if bills aren't paid correctly to determine next steps.
- Participate in special projects to achieve team goals and ensure client success.
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics.
- Remain organized while multi-tasking.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective and efficient solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Must reside in the United States within one of the listed states.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing.
