Insider is hiring a Customer Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end implementation journey for our new clients. You will be the primary point of contact guiding customers through platform setup, training, and initial strategy to ensure a smooth launch and strong foundation for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the complete onboarding process for new enterprise customers, from kickoff to go-live
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
- Conduct platform training sessions and strategic workshops for client teams
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer handoff
- Establish clear success metrics and drive initial adoption to demonstrate platform value
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer onboarding, implementation consulting, or account management role within a SaaS company
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience facilitating meetings and training
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer business goals into onboarding plans
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a remote environment
