Lead the onboarding journey for enterprise clients in a fast-evolving AI and language technology landscape. From the moment a deal transitions from sales, you’ll own the implementation process, ensuring customers reach their first value milestone efficiently and with clarity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations from initiation through successful deployment.
- Serve as the central contact for customers during implementation, providing consistent updates, clarifying requirements, and maintaining alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and updated throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Solutions, AI Curation, Product, and Support—to resolve dependencies, unblock progress, and maintain momentum.
- Monitor project health proactively, identifying risks early and escalating with clear context and recommended actions.
- Enforce project scope by referencing contracts and statements of work, guiding clients on inclusions and flagging deviations before they impact delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years in customer-facing project or implementation management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
- Familiarity with localization workflows, machine translation systems, or language technology is highly beneficial.
- Experience navigating complex technical environments, especially those involving APIs, software integrations, or data pipelines.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill technical details for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or Asana.
- Additional language skills are an asset, reflecting our global focus.
Work Environment
This role operates in a fully remote setup with team members across time zones. Core availability between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM EST is expected to support collaboration.
