Responsibilities
- Develop strategy for outreach to raise visibility of the clinic and clinical care for military and veterans across the state of Georgia.
- Conduct outreach meetings with potential referral sources to establish new partnerships.
- Facilitate weekly recruitment and outreach meetings.
- Develop a network of trusted contacts within organizations for referrals and care coordination.
- Continually track progress at rural outreach and report outreach activities and progress to the Clinic Director.
- Collaborate with clinical personnel to continuously improve outreach process.
- Manage advertising and outreach budgets and oversee advertising strategy.
- Communicate clearly and effectively via oral or written means.
- Present a friendly and positive demeanor to community partners and the general public.
- Conduct presentations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Perform and document patient screenings, psychological assessments, and progress.
- Conduct clinical intake assessments on veterans and family members as needed.
- Provide individual, couples, groups, and family psychotherapy with a focus on delivering evidence-based treatments under supervision.
- Collaborate and coordinate with clinic director, lead clinician, and clinical supervisor to provide best possible care to patients as needed.
- Attend weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings as needed.
