This role is responsible for designing and executing marketing programs that deepen relationships with current customers, encourage continued product usage, and turn satisfied users into advocates through storytelling and strategic outreach.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customer success teams to identify advocacy opportunities
- Produce content such as newsletters, case studies, and customer spotlights
- Manage timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications
- Develop onboarding campaigns for newly acquired customers
- Leverage feedback from customers to inform marketing strategy
- Build dashboards to track customer engagement metrics
- Support referral and loyalty programs to boost advocacy
- Stay updated on industry trends in customer marketing and retention
