Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Customer Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment of enterprise SaaS solutions for our health plan clients. In this remote role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of technical and operational aspects of software implementations, acting as a primary point of contact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain master project schedules, integrating team inputs and tracking progress.
- Drive risk management by identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks.
- Coordinate tasks across internal and client teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Engage directly with clients to provide support and address service requests during implementation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within cross-functional virtual teams.
- Ensure proper closure of all administrative systems upon project completion.
- Assist in preparing product deliverables, reports, and other materials as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex SaaS implementations, preferably in Risk or Quality domains for health plans.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent business and technical writing abilities and strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional planning, organization, and attention to detail; self-directed and efficient.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision, resolve conflicts, and drive processes effectively.
- Technical aptitude to understand SaaS solutions and their integration with enterprise environments.

- PMI certification or equivalent is a plus.
