Requirements
- knowledge of data analytics, project management, or both
- 1+ years of direct experience in customer implementation within a SaaS environment or supporting a team in an admin role
- experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Planhat
- familiarity with project management fundamentals and data analytics related to project management
- exceptional at processing high volumes of data with extremely high accuracy and urgency
- valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role)
