Mealsuite is seeking a Customer Implementation Operations Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will assist the project management team by managing project queues, aiding in hardware setups and configurations, and ensuring smooth implementation workflows. You'll be part of a dynamic, 200+ person organization that values teamwork and sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage project queues by processing new account alerts daily, ensuring timely project setup, accurate subscription workflows, and proper assignment of resources.
- Work closely with Trainers and Project Coordinators to set up and configure Touch and POS modules as needed.
- Assist with basic remote hardware setup for implementation projects.
- Create and update internal process documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of direct experience in customer implementation within a SaaS environment or supporting a team in an admin role.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Planhat.
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals and data analytics related to project management.
- Exceptional at processing high volumes of data with extremely high accuracy and urgency.
- Willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport with no travel restrictions limiting the ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for the role).

- Knowledge of data analytics, project management, or both.

You will be part of the Customer Experience team within a 200+ team member organization. This role reports directly to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation Operations.
