Responsibilities
- Establish and manage integrations between Watershed and client systems to align with client objectives.
- Create and sustain data pipelines and API connections, including scripting for data synchronization with Watershed.
- Leverage the reporting platform to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable dashboards and reports for clients.
- Advise clients on achieving their goals, share industry best practices, and support the development of their learning data infrastructure.
- Deliver technical support to clients and collaborate with internal technology teams to resolve issues and inform product improvements.
- Automate recurring technical processes to increase efficiency for clients and internal teams.
- Design and implement automation and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Occasionally assist in enhancing Watershed's core product, though this is secondary to client and integration responsibilities.
- Act as a visible representative of the company, fostering client and partner relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use the Watershed platform.
