ABC Fitness Solutions is looking for a Customer Experience Technology Intern to enhance customer experience through technology-driven solutions. Over an eight-week period, you will research and implement AI-driven strategies that improve support workflows and automation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct AI Quality Assurance Reviews by evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy, tone, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Train and tune AI tools by identifying response gaps, refining prompts, and improving training inputs.
- Identify case deflection and knowledge gaps by analyzing support trends and evaluating internal agent assist AI performance data.
- Enhance knowledge base content by assisting in its consolidation, optimization, and content analytics.
- Support AI assist workflow enablement by documenting best practices and helping internal teams improve adoption.
- Analyze customer support processes by reviewing existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Explore AI in customer support by researching and assessing tools like workforce management, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Support Leadership Team and other teams.
- Present key findings by summarizing insights, proposing automation strategies, and delivering a final presentation to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in customer experience, process optimization, and technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to present findings and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive and curious mindset, eager to research, test, and refine customer experience strategies.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently while taking initiative to drive meaningful improvements.

- Interest in AI optimization, knowledge management, or improving human experience through automation tools.
