You will be a key player in delivering best-in-class customer support and ensuring seamless operations, particularly during off-hours and weekends. What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries with speed, empathy, and accuracy
- Support order processing, tracking, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or operational bottlenecks
- Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive customer experience
