About the Role

TD Insurance is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join the TD Canada Trust team in Montreal. This role focuses on building strong client relationships through service operations and providing advice on banking products. You will be guided by our vision to Be the Better Bank and our purpose to enrich the lives of customers, communities, and colleagues.

What You'll Do

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standard procedures and regulations.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored solutions while maintaining discretion for confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating exceptions as needed.
  • Achieve established business objectives by promoting banking solutions and following business processes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Create a personal connection with customers to inform them clearly and appropriately about banking solutions and processes.
  • Help establish a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by championing team effectiveness and participating in individual development.
  • Support the team by respecting colleagues, remaining dedicated, and keeping everyone informed about the status of routine activities.
  • Ensure a quality customer experience and recommend operational improvements when opportunities for enhancement arise.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma and/or more than one year of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational sense and solid administrative, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet.
  • An ambitious person who can show initiative, is detail-oriented and accuracy-focused for multitasking and shifting priorities.
  • A dynamic communicator with recognized customer experience skills, able to connect verbally or in writing with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.

Nice to Have

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
