Hire Hangar is looking for a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist to help enterprise marketing teams master a modern, automation-first SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical training, and marketing operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer onboarding programs from first login through successful adoption
- Run live training sessions, workshops, and cohort programs for enterprise customers
- Simplify complex technical workflows into clear processes for marketing and content teams
- Create and maintain enablement documentation, SOPs, and training resources
- Support marketing operations workflows including CRM automation, reporting, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement initiatives
- Serve as a highly visible, trusted partner to customers throughout their journey
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or SaaS training roles
- Experience working at a well-known or reputable technology or SaaS company
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
- Practical proficiency in Python and SQL, used in real workflows, reporting, or enablement contexts
- Prior remote work experience, strong fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong educator mindset
Nice to Have
- Marketing agency experience or close partnership with marketing teams
- Knowledge of SEO, content operations, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, or data-driven platforms
