The Body Shop is looking for a Customer Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support store management in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service at all times. You will help uphold our vision as the original ethical beauty brand, committed to generating positive economic, social, and environmental impact.
What You'll Do
- Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
- Learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
What We're Looking For
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Nice to Have
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
- Customer service experience.
