Zoetis US LLC is hiring a Customer Care Veterinary Technician

About the Role

Zoetis is looking for a Customer Care Veterinary Technician to join the Veterinary Medical Information and Product Support (VMIPS) Team. In this role, you will serve as the first point-of-contact, providing superior customer support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and educating customers on Zoetis products and programs.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver superior first-line customer support through easy, efficient, and empathetic interactions.
  • Answer and resolve inbound petcare and livestock customer contacts via all approved channels.
  • Speak fluently and confidently to veterinary staff and animal owners about products, diseases, and treatments.
  • Document reported adverse events involving Zoetis products and comply with pharmacovigilance requirements.
  • Respond effectively to routine and complex inquiries and complaints per standard operating procedures.
  • Follow processes for data entry, medical investigation, responses, follow-up, and use of the pharmacovigilance database.
  • Educate customers on Zoetis product, service, and program offerings.
  • Administer relevant marketing guarantee programs with fiduciary accountability.
  • Liaise with internal Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Utilize phone, workforce management, and QA systems efficiently.
  • Maintain a collegial, team-player attitude.
  • Complete ongoing required training on products, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in departmental and team meetings.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment and prioritize appropriately.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in veterinary medicine or animal science.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with veterinary professionals and animal owners.
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance.

Nice to Have

  • Location in PA, NJ, or DE is preferred.
