Henry Schein One LLC is looking for a Customer Care Officer on a 12-month contract. Step into a dynamic role where every conversation makes a difference. You’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on, assisting with orders, product insights, quotes, returns, and problem‑solving with confidence and care.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with orders, product insights, quotes, returns, and problem‑solving.
- Build strong relationships through proactive outbound calls to key customers.
- Keep essential documentation accurate and up to date.
- Support the wider Customer Care Team on sales and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate with the entire Microsoft suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Full working rights in Australia for a minimum of 12 months.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a Dental environment.
- Administrative and Sales experience.
