TukToro is looking for a Customer Care / Kundenservice Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team on a part-time or working student basis. You’ll provide outstanding customer service for our innovative company, which creates playful and personalized learning experiences for children.

What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service across all channels, including email, social media, and phone.
Process various customer inquiries, from order and product questions to technical issues.
Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer concerns.
Share valuable customer insights with other areas via Slack.
Pass on recurring themes from calls and emails for quick processing.
Proactively contribute optimization suggestions to improve the customer experience.
Handle software and systems securely, switching between platforms like Xentral during support.
Take on administrative sales tasks, including creating offers, order processing, and maintaining the CRM.
Perform assistant tasks for management, such as appointment organization, travel planning, and minute-taking.

What We're Looking For

Excellent German language skills in speech and writing (C2/native level).
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care.
Excellent communication and moderation skills.
Strong organizational talent.
Solution-oriented working style.

Nice to Have

English language skills.
Experience in consumer goods, toys, or electronics, particularly with the target group of children and parents.
