Easy2Parts GmbH is looking for a Founders Associate (m/w/d) to provide direct support to the founders and leadership team, driving strategic initiatives in our ambitious, growing company. You will be a key contributor in a team of 11-50 employees, enabling our continued development and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Collaborate directly with the founders and leadership team.
Serve as the first point of contact for investor communication, ensuring smooth exchange with management.
Support strategic company development through market analyses, competitive analyses, and internationalization projects.
Implement and coordinate operational projects, taking responsibility for all relevant steps to ensure successful completion.
Provide organizational support for the founders, organizing internal and external appointments and meetings.
Assist in finance and controlling, including reporting and budgeting.

What We're Looking For

Several years of professional experience, ideally in Operations, Business Management, or Corporate Management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
High level of personal responsibility and quick comprehension.
Proficient handling of MS Office.
