Syntegon Technology is hiring a Customer Care Intern to support our regional Service-HUB in Asia Pacific. In this role, you will serve as a primary interface for customer spare part inquiries and support our Customer Care, Sales, and Service teams throughout the claim, quotation, and order process, helping us deliver on our core goal of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary interface for customer inquiries regarding spare parts.
- Coordinate with Customer Care, Sales Managers, Service Engineers, and manufacturing on the claim process for spare part quotations and deliveries.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, and handle orders for spare parts, modernization projects, and field service offers.
- Support the team with report generation and work instructions.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Availability for an internship period of at least 6 months.
Team & Environment
You'll join our Regional Service-HUB, a team of approximately 50 colleagues spanning Sales, Technical Support, and Admin. You’ll be part of the expanding sales team in Asia Pacific, interacting daily with colleagues from various countries.
Work Mode
This is an onsite internship position based in our Bangkok, Thailand office.
