Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care Intern who will serve as the primary interface for customer spare part inquiries. In this role, you will handle quotes and orders while supporting team reporting, all within a dynamic regional service hub environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary interface for customer spare part inquiries.
- Cooperate with Customer Care, Sales Managers, Service Engineers, and manufacturing teams on the claim process for spare part quotation and delivery.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, and handle orders for spare parts, modernization projects, and field service offers.
- Support team reporting and work instructions.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain or any related field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of approximately 50 colleagues across Sales, Technical Support, and Administration. This role is part of a Regional Service-HUB supporting customers across Southeast Asia, Korea, Taiwan, Pakistan, and Australia/New Zealand.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Bangkok.
