InDebted is looking for a Customer Account Manager (Collections) to join our Philippines Operations team. This role is employed via an Emapta contract and operates fully remote.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer accounts and oversee the collections process.
- Engage with customers to resolve outstanding account matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all account interactions.
- Contribute to team goals and process improvements within the Philippines Operations team.
