Novo Nordisk is looking for a CSR Project Manager to focus on key environmental initiatives, including our goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. You will engage our ecosystem in the environmental transition, represent environmental topics internally, and monitor the results of various projects as part of a global health company dedicated to sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the development of the end-of-life product recovery and recycling program (Returpen).
- Help coordinate the team working on the Returpen program.
- Monitor implemented actions and their KPIs.
- Optimize the efficiency of actions and process automation.
- Help find new partners and retain existing partners.
- Communicate the progress of the Returpen program.
- Contribute to implementing priority decarbonization actions for the subsidiary.
- Monitor CSR performance indicators (Carbon indicators, Ecovadis Score, etc.).
- Raise internal awareness on CSR issues.
- Communicate internally the CSR vision, progress of key CSR projects and their KPIs, and integrate this into everyone's work.
- Contribute to the knowledge of the subsidiary's impact report.
What We're Looking For
- Seeking an apprenticeship of 1 to 2 years, or a 6-month end-of-study internship, as part of a Master's level Science degree program (e.g., Engineering, Sustainable Development).
- Comfortable communicating in English (oral and written).
- Dynamic, rigorous, curious, attentive, and capable of working in a team.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in topics related to the environment or sustainable development (e.g., internal engagement, carbon footprint assessment).
Team & Environment
You will work closely with and report to the CSR Manager and the CSR Director.

- Base salary: 1600 to 2000 EUR, depending on the nature of the degree.
