Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Croatian Travel Agent for a remote position based in Greece. In this role, you will serve Croatian-speaking clients globally, creating personalized travel experiences and handling all aspects of travel planning and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized travel assistance to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Design and arrange customized travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences, interests, and budgets.
- Assist clients with bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Address client inquiries, providing detailed information about various travel destinations and services.
- Manage client complaints and resolutions with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, industry trends, and destination knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage clients.
- Proficient in navigating CRM systems and using standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Willingness to adapt and embrace cultural experiences while serving a diverse clientele.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service roles.
- A strong passion for travel, with an understanding of various travel products and services.
