Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Croatian Speaking Hotel Reservations Agent to provide exemplary service to Croatian-speaking clients. You'll facilitate hotel bookings and support clients from inquiry to confirmation, all while working in Greece with paid relocation assistance.

What You'll Do

Engage with Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat to facilitate hotel reservations.
Provide detailed information on hotel options, rates, amenities, and local attractions to help clients make informed decisions.
Accurately process reservation requests and confirm all relevant details with clients.
Address any inquiries or issues related to bookings promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends and hotel offerings to provide the best recommendations to clients.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills aimed at delivering outstanding customer service.
Able to effectively manage inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field.
A strong passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel services and destinations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
