You will assist customers in Croatian, helping them navigate booking inquiries and ensuring a smooth travel experience. Key Responsibilities • Deliver superior customer service by supporting clients with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations through phone, email, and chat in Croatian. • Assist customers in selecting appropriate accommodations and travel options aligned with their preferences. • Efficiently address and resolve any customer issues or complaints, ensuring a positive interaction. • Meticulously record all customer interactions within the customer relationship management system. • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to improve service quality and operational effectiveness. • Maintain current knowledge of service offerings, promotional campaigns, and industry developments to provide accurate customer information. Requirements • Native or near-native Croatian language skills (both written and spoken); English language proficiency is advantageous. • Demonstrated customer service experience, preferentially within travel or hospitality sectors. • Exceptional communication capabilities with a professional and approachable demeanor. • Advanced problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to manage customer inquiries effectively. • Technological aptitude and familiarity with booking platforms is beneficial. • Capacity to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
