Massive Rocket is seeking a CRM Team Lead to lead our CRM team in a remote contract position. You will be responsible for guiding marketing and CRM initiatives across the organization.

- Lead the CRM team, setting direction and managing priorities
- Oversee CRM and marketing automation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align CRM strategy with business goals
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to optimize CRM programs
