Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM project lifecycles, covering planning, implementation, tracking, and successful delivery.
- Enhance current operational workflows and help design new processes to boost team productivity.
- Oversee task management systems, including Jira dashboards, workflow rules, priority settings, and service level agreements.
- Facilitate collaboration across CRM, Marketing, Research and Development, Data Analytics, Security, and other units.
- Organize and lead meetings, capture requirements, record critical decisions, and assign clear follow-up tasks.
- Develop and maintain project records, onboarding guides, procedural documentation, and internal knowledge repositories using Confluence.
- Gather, interpret, and organize data to support informed decision-making and progress reporting.
- Support the integration of new team members and assist in developing training resources.
- Help create management reports, presentations, and concise summaries for stakeholders.
- Promote organizational coherence by minimizing project fragmentation, refining prioritization, and aligning execution with leadership objectives.
- Identify operational roadblocks and resolve them proactively to prevent disruptions.
