As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of email marketing initiatives, from crafting targeted messages to managing automated workflows. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a clean, well-segmented contact database to ensure communications are relevant and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, schedule, and deploy email newsletters and automated sequences using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Organize and segment contact data to support personalized outreach and improve campaign relevance.
- Track key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to assess campaign success.
- Ensure high deliverability by auditing spam scores and optimizing email content and infrastructure.
- Run A/B tests and conduct regular performance reviews to refine messaging and increase engagement over time.
What You Need
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including managing contact databases, launching email campaigns, and creating custom reports.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar platforms for tracking user behavior and campaign outcomes.
- Proficiency with time management tools and Google Drive applications.
- Fluency in English (B2+ or higher) for writing clear, compelling content.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Russian (C1+).
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
