Novakid School is seeking a CRM Manager to join our team and drive customer engagement through our Customer Data Platform. Your work will center on understanding customer needs, developing strategic campaigns, and optimizing performance to support our mission of creating the best online education platform for young learners.
What You'll Do
- Apply frameworks like Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, and Empathy Mapping to understand customer pains and needs.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies using customer insights to enhance interaction and drive business results using Bloomreach.
- Design and implement engaging multichannel campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications tailored to customer segments.
- Leverage analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on data.
- Work closely with product, sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with Bloomreach or a similar Customer Data Platform for data management, campaign execution, and analytics.
- Skill in email design and coding using tools like Stripo.
- Competency in using analytics platforms and/or SQL for data analysis and decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a remote team.
- Proven ability to apply customer insights frameworks effectively to CRM strategies.
- High adaptability with a commitment to learning and applying new methodologies in customer insight and CRM.
- A Bachelor’s degree or course in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
