Sibill Srl is looking for a CRM Manager to scale and optimize our CRM strategy, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across the full customer lifecycle. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of Sibill’s CRM strategy, designing and optimizing automated lifecycle flows for onboarding, retention, cross/upselling, and win-back.
- Define clear CRM goals and KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine initiatives to maximise engagement, loyalty, and business impact.
- Implement multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, in-app notifications, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms.
- Safeguard database health and campaign quality, overseeing deliverability, calendar planning, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align CRM initiatives with key customer touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in CRM management, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on measuring and improving every initiative.
- Experience with integration and automation concepts, such as APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows.
- Ability to pull data from relational databases using SQL.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot and Customer.io is considered a strong plus.
